I'm Through With PayPal And Here Is Why

I made an appeal for donations in my previous blog post, which post has since been removed by me, because I made the serious mistake of requesting a donation via PayPal; and that mistake set off an unanticipated response from PayPal which resulted in my immediately and permanently removing their donation limk from my blog. I also returned every penny of every donation that I receeived.

I made the request for donations because I have been badly hurt under an unusual set of circumstances that has resulted in a lengthy hospitalization of four months, with more hospitalization and therapy yet to come. I have been forced to retain expensive legal counsel to defend my personal interests, including life and limb. I have filed criminal complaints. In the course of all of this I have incurred thousands of dollars of medical expenses and legal fees.

So I thought I would put out a public appeal for financial assistance, so that those of my reading public who were willing and able could assist me, and just so, some of you did assist me, for which I am deeply grateful. However, within one day PayPal limited my account. I could receive more donations, but I could not make any payments, unless and until I provided PayPal with a laundry list of documentation, including proof that I am a charitable organization, duly registered with a regulatory authority, and other documentation, none of which I have, starting with the fact that I am a private individual and have never presented myself as an "organization."

So I pulled the plug on PayPal. PayPal is not honest, it's not ethical, and is clearly an integral part of the corrupt financial services industry that is intimately linked with the central banks' criminal shake down of the entire planet.

In a follow-up e-mail yesterday here is what PayPal sent me:

Dear James Sauder,

We emailed you a little while ago to ask for your help resolving an issue
with your PayPal account. Your account is still temporarily limited because
we haven't heard from you.

We understand it may be frustrating not to have full access to your PayPal
account. We want to work with you to get your account back to normal as
quickly as possible.

What's the problem?

Your PayPal account is registered as a nonprofit, religious, or political
entity. We would like the following documents from you to help us
understand the nature of your organisation:

- Evidence of Tax Exempt Status or Registration with a local Regulatory
Body. This can be in the form of a copy of an approval from a local
authority, registration number that can be verified via government website,
copy of approval forms, a certificate of approvals or official registration
documentation.

- A copy of a bank statement or voided check that shows your organisation's
name and address. (Please provide a bank statement and check from each bank
account that you want to use with this PayPal account.) The bank account
should be under the organization name and not a personal bank account.

- Information about the nature of the organisation and the type and purpose
of payments intended to be processed through PayPal.

- Letter of Authorisation from your organisation indicating the authorised
person(s) to manage all activities related to this PayPal account.

- Photo Identification of the authorised person(s). Examples of acceptable
Photo IDs include Passport, National Identity Cards or Driver's License.

How you can help

It's usually pretty easy to take care of things like this. Most of the
time, we just need a little more information about your account or latest
transactions.

To help us with this and to see what you can and can't do with your account
until the issue is resolved, log in to your account and go to the
Resolution Center.

Yours sincerely,
PayPal

Well, let me say that I have never presented myself as an "organization." I am a natural being. That's it. So if PayPal cannot deal with me as a natural being, then I will not ever again deal with PayPal.

Simple.
